14-day returns
We accept requests to return eligible AFTERMILE clothing within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items returned for a change of mind must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with any tags or packaging originally included.
Start a return by emailing aftermileapparel@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back; the correct return destination depends on your item.
Return shipping & exchanges
For change-of-mind or incorrectly selected size returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the law requires otherwise or we made an error. We recommend using tracked return shipping.
If you want a different size or color, contact us first. Exchanges depend on availability. You may need to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your delivery and contact us as soon as possible if something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Include the order number and photos when helpful. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate return, replacement, or refund, including reasonable return shipping when required because of our error or an accepted defect. Reporting later does not remove your rights under applicable law.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process them. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.
Cancellations & exceptions
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop orders before production or shipping begins, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment starts. Products clearly marked as personalized, custom-made, or final sale may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law; this does not limit remedies for defective or incorrect goods. Your rights under consumer law remain in effect.
